What happens after I submit the form?
Mazen reviews every inbound personally and replies within 24 hours (usually same-day on weekdays). The reply is one of three things: a 30-minute discovery call link if your project looks like a fit, a written scope and price if you've already given us enough to quote against, or a recommendation toward the right standalone report if your situation is better served by a $149–$997 deliverable than a custom engagement.
Is the discovery call really free, or is there a sales pitch?
Free, no pitch. The call is 30 minutes of scoping: what you're trying to fix, what you've already tried, what your timeline looks like, and what budget range makes sense. By the end you'll either have a written proposal in your inbox the next business day or a clear recommendation that doesn't involve us. Either outcome is fine — we'd rather decline a poor-fit project than sell you the wrong package.
What if my project is smaller than $5,000?
Most likely you don't need a custom package. The Implementation ($5,000) is our smallest done-for-you tier. Below that, our standalone reports — The Blueprint ($149), The GEO Diagnostic ($149), The pSEO Campaign ($149), or The Local Conquest ($99) — give you the diagnosis and the exact fixes for your team or developer to implement. Do you offer retainers or only project-based work?
Project-based, with a fixed scope and a fixed timeline. We don't sell hourly retainers. The Implementation ($5,000) is a 30-day engagement, The Total Domination ($15,000) is 90 days. After delivery, you own everything — the report, the schema, the content briefs, the keyword map, the implementation tickets — and your team can keep executing without us. We're happy to do follow-up engagements but never lock you into one.
Can you sign an NDA before we talk?
Yes, mutual NDA on request — send us your standard form via the contact form or as a follow-up email and we'll sign within 24 hours. Most clients don't bother because the discovery call covers business goals, not proprietary technology, but it's available for anyone in regulated industries or pre-launch products.
