All SEOGrade.ai reports are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase. Because reports are consumed immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final.

The 10-Point Promise
We stand behind the quality of our reports. If you implement every fix in your report and your SEO score does not improve by at least 10 points within 60 days, we will generate a new Blueprint report for you and schedule a 30-minute strategy call — free of charge.
For The Complete Audit ($997), the guarantee is stronger: if you implement the fixes and your organic traffic does not increase within 90 days, we will do a full re-audit and a second strategy call — free.

- Your original order number.
- Evidence that the fixes were implemented (screenshots, URLs, or a re-audit showing the changes were made).
- Your current SEO score (run a new free audit at seograde.ai/audit).
How we process 10-Point Promise claims
We will review your submission and deliver a fresh Blueprint report within 5 business days, along with scheduling details for your 30-minute strategy call.
Technical errors
If your report contains a technical error — for example, it analyzed the wrong URL or the report page is broken — email support@seograde.ai with your order number. We will re-generate or correct the report at no additional cost.
Consulting services
For consulting services (The Implementation $5,000, The Total Domination $15,000): if work has not yet begun, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@seograde.ai. Once work has begun, all consulting fees are non-refundable. Each engagement includes 30-day post-delivery support — if anything we shipped breaks or underperforms, we fix it at no cost.
The Complete Audit ($997)
If you are not satisfied with the quality of The Complete Audit deliverables, email support@seograde.ai within 14 days. We will work with you to address any gaps in the report. We do not issue refunds on delivered audits, but we will revise the work until it meets the stated scope.
